The delivery timelines

Free Standard Shipping depending on your region: 

• Within Auckland: 2 - 4 business days (updated)

• Between the North & South Island: 6-8 Business days

• Rural area please allow a further 2-4 days

After the order is shipped we will email you a link with a code to track your orders

We can deliver outside New Zealand. For more information, please contact us!

Important Annoucement:

NZ Post & Aramex take every care to make sure that your parcel is left in a safe, secure, weather-proof location. If you haven’t received your item as expected and you’re concerned it's missing or has been stolen, please check:

• with other members of the household
• in other locations around the front of your property
• if you’ve received a card, SMS or email notifying you that it’s been delivered to your local NZ Post or Aramex Branch
• missing mail items for more information.
• if the parcel was requested to leave in the front door or in the mailbox, NZ Post, Aramex & Smile Health Co. can’t be held liable for a delivery that is subsequently damaged or goes missing.

For any missing parcel please contact your local NZ Post or Aramex to confirm if the driver has delivered the order by checking the GPS location if required please raise a complaint with them to track the missing parcel.
